Shipping policy
- Enjoy free courier delivery on all orders of R500 or more (valid for SA region only). For smaller or international orders, your delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
- We ship your order within 24 hours of payment and provide you with a tracking code. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know.
- We deliver straight to your door or to a convenient locker during standard working hours.
- Expect your parcel within 2 to 3 working days in main centres, or 5 working days for outlying areas. International orders are usually delivered within 10 business days.
