What’s your take on starting fresh without burning out? " So the start of a new year often brings a lot of pressure. I think a fresh start or looking at it that way can be very overwhelming for people. So instead of overhauling your entire life, look at what small little habits that you can build sustainably and consistently. It is more about sustainability and consistency than it is about making dramatic changes." How can we simplify our wellness routines without sacrificing self-care? And how does Down to Earth support this approach? "Wellness isn't a long checklist or it shouldn't feel that way. What we're gonna look at is simplifying the steps that we wanna take on our journey.
