Refund policy

Damaged or wrong goods:
South Africa: Down to Earth will gladly replace or refund damaged, incorrect or otherwise dissatisfactory products, at our cost. Please send a photo of the product in order for the replacement or credit to be issued.

International: Down to Earth will gladly refund damaged, incorrect or otherwise dissatisfactory products. Please send a photo of the product in order for the credit to be issued.

Product expiry:
Down to Earth won’t replace or refund products for reasons of expiry. All products dispatched from Down to Earth will carry at least 6 months on the best before date.

30-day-guarantee and returns:
South Africa: Your peace of mind matters. If you are not completely satisfied with the results from your product, we will issue a refund if you notify us within 30 days. We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. We’ll cover the courier collection, and once your return reaches us, your refund or credit note will be processed within 48 hours.

International: Your peace of mind matters. While returns are not accepted, we will gladly process a refund if you are not satisfied and notify us within 30 days.
